Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and ePrepNepal ("we", "us") for your use of eprepnepal.com and its apps (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

If you are under 16, a parent or guardian should read these terms with you and agree to them on your behalf.

ePrepNepal is an online practice platform for competitive exams in Nepal, including public service (Lok Sewa), professional license, entrance, teaching, banking and security-force exams. We provide quiz sets, mock papers, scores and progress reports.

We are not affiliated with the Public Service Commission, the Nepal Engineering Council, the Nepal Medical Council, the Teacher Service Commission, or any other exam body, unless we say so explicitly. Always confirm syllabus, dates and rules with the official body.

• Give accurate information when you sign up, and keep your email address current.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• One account per person. Accounts and Premium access cannot be shared, sold or transferred.
• Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.

Some content is free. Premium unlocks premium quiz sets and mock papers for the period you buy (for example one week, one month or three months). Prices are shown in Nepali rupees on the plans page before you pay.

• You pay through the wallet or bank details shown at checkout, then upload your receipt. Premium starts once our team has checked the payment, normally within one working day.
• Plans do not renew automatically. When a plan ends you return to the free tier unless you buy again.
• Put your order code in the payment remarks so we can match your payment quickly.
• We may reject a receipt that does not match a real payment of the right amount. Submitting a fake or edited receipt will lead to the account being closed.
• We may change prices in future; a change never affects a plan you have already paid for.

• If you paid but we could not activate your plan, we will refund you in full.
• If you paid twice or paid the wrong amount by mistake, contact us and we will refund the difference.
• Once a plan is active, refunds are at our discretion — for example if the Service was unavailable for a long period. Ask us within 7 days of activation.
• Refunds are sent back to the wallet or account you paid from, less any fee charged by that provider.

You agree not to:

• copy, scrape, download in bulk, resell or republish our questions, explanations or papers;
• share your login, or use bots or scripts to take quizzes or inflate scores;
• try to break, overload or get around the security or payment checks of the Service;
• upload anything unlawful, offensive, or that you do not have the right to share;
• harass other students or our staff.

The questions, explanations, mock papers, design and software of the Service belong to ePrepNepal or our licensors and are protected by copyright. We give you a personal, non-transferable right to use them for your own exam preparation while your account is in good standing.

We work hard to keep answers correct, but mistakes happen. If you find one, please report it and we will fix it.

When you submit something — such as a profile bio or feedback — you confirm you have the right to share it, and you allow us to store, review, edit and publish it on the Service. Moderators may decline or remove any submission. You keep any ownership you had.

The Service helps you practise; it does not promise that you will pass any exam or get any job, license or seat. Mock scores are estimates for practice only. The Service is provided "as is", and while we aim to keep it available, we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the extent the law allows, ePrepNepal is not liable for indirect losses such as lost opportunities or exam results, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under the laws of Nepal that cannot be removed by agreement.

You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, for example for fake receipts, account sharing or scraping. If we close your account without you having broken these terms, we will refund the unused part of any active plan.

We may update these terms as the Service grows. We will change the date at the top of this page, and tell you by email or in the app before any important change takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, including the Electronic Transactions Act, 2063 (2008) and the Consumer Protection Act, 2075 (2018). We will always try to resolve a problem with you directly first; any dispute that cannot be resolved that way will be heard by the courts of Kathmandu.
